Erin Cloyd's practice includes defense of clients in personal injury claims within the transportation and trucking industry, premises liability defense, and defense of first and third-party automobile and homeowners' claims. She joined Salley Hite in 2025 with over a decade of experience at one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States, representing clients throughout the litigation process, including trial. Erin's success in handling and litigating hundreds of personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs gives her a unique perspective and a keen sense of how to effectively defend clients facing similar matters.
Hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana, she received her Juris Doctor. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where among her academic accolades she was active in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice as a student practitioner. Erin received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Tulane University.
Erin is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
