Michael is a partner in the Firm and his primary areas of practice include business and professional liability (architects and engineers), construction defect litigation, products liability and toxic tort cases, and commercial litigation. Michael heads up the Firm’s Mississippi practice and has made appearances in thirty-nine (39) of Mississippi’s eighty-two (82) counties. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi and Louisiana State and Federal courts.
Michael graduated cum laude from Creighton University and received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University of Law. He was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and authored the Note, “Sea Worthiness Adapts to New Environment,” 25 Mar. Law 409.
Michael is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Louisiana Bar Association. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association Public Information Committee. Michael also regularly volunteers time with the Tulane Moot Court Programs. Michael is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
